Worship at the Ward
Our 5:00pm Saturday evening services and our 10:00am Sunday morning services are held at the Ward Theatre on 218 S. Main Street in Downtown Mt. Pleasant (less than a mile from campus).
Television Broadcast Times
If you can't make it in person, feel free to watch our services as they are broadcast LIVE on Sundays at 10:00am - channel 48 on CMU's campus and channel 99 to the rest of the city. You can also catch the rebroadcast 7 days a week at 11:00pm.
Children
We have age-specific Children's Ministries from birth thru the sixth grade during our weekend services as well as a convenient Family Room in the main auditorium for nursing mothers or those needing to quiet infants.

- From Campus:
- Go north on Washington to Bellows (that's the street with the Malt Shop and SBX on it). Then make a right turn onto Bellows, go one block, and then make a left onto Main St. You'll need to go straight through one light when you get to High street and then you will see the Ward on your left when you hit downtown.
- From the north:
- From southbound US 27, take the Bus. 27 exit to Mt. Pleasant. Once inside the city limits, Bus. 27 is also designated as Mission St. Continue southbound about a mile until you reach Broadway St. Turn right onto Broadway and go west until you reach Main St. (1st light in this direction). Take a left onto Main St. The Ward is 2 blocks down on your right.
- From the south:
- From northbound US 27, take the 1st Mt. Pleasant exit onto Bus. 27 (Mission St.). Continue northbound about 2-3 miles. Turn left on Broadway St. (towards Downtown). Go west until you reach Main St. (1st light in this direction). Take a left onto Main St. The Ward is 2 blocks down on your right.
- From the east:
- From westbound M-20 (Pickard St.) Continue westbound until you reach Main St. Take a left onto Main and go south about 1/2 mile. The Ward will be on your right, two blocks past Town Center/Korean War Memorial.
- From the west:
- From eastbound M-20 (High St.) Stay eastbound on High St. until you reach Main St. (one way northbound). Take a left onto Main St. and proceed about 1/2 mile. The Ward will be on your left just as you enter the Downtown area.
Family Room
We have a convenient Family Room located in the back of our auditorium balcony for nursing moms or those needing to quiet infants. The entrance is marked with a sign at the top of the north set of stairs.
This room contains two soft rocking-chairs, one couch, a bathroom with changing station, and two televisions for watching a live feed of the service while you're in there.
So, feel free to grab a seat in the balcony, then hop into the family room and watch from there when the little one needs it, and then hop back out to enjoy the rest of the live service as soon as you are done. We hope this makes it a little easier for you and your family to join us for worship at the Ward.
