  • Lord, please give me (Barry) and those who lead (staff and non-staff alike) clarity with the many parts of the mission you have given to Grace Church; teaching, prayer ministry and the development of elders/deacons, campus ministry, youth ministry, childrens ministry, international missions, compassion ministry, being sure we're making disciples of Jesus in all of it.   • Lord, I ask that you would raise up the Student ministry this fall. Please fill Braun and all others involved with your Holy Spirit, for we want this to be a work of the Holy Spirit not the flesh. [Posted 2010-07-25]
  • God please be with the search and rescue team in Lake Michigan as they search for survivors from the plane that went down from Alma. Protect any survivors as they wait for rescue and be with their families as they wait for news. Please bring comfort to the community of Alma and may people be drawn close to you in this sad time. He is battling Pneumonia and possibly cancer, as they have found spots on his lung X-rays, he has lost a lot of weight suddenly and has not shown any improvement.   • Father, we need wisdom with what to do next with what is going on in my (Angela's) body (thyroid stuff). You know we've been learning and investigating this area for quite some time, but now my body is telling us it is time to make some decisions. Thank You for my discussion with Krispin (clinical nutritionist) the other day, please help her to TRULY understand Your love for her so it flows out to others. Also, please help our doctor be willing to work with us and try some things that may be non-standard. Lastly, please prevent me from experiencing any severe symptoms that would keep me from caring for my children or allow me to have some warning signs so I know something is coming.
